1985 to present
Clinical Chiropractor in Waterloo since 1985, seeing male and female patients of all ages for a
wide range of health concerns, and holds a current certificate of registration with the College of
Chiropractors of Ontario.
100 hour certification in occupational health injuries with the Ontario Chiropractic Association –
1990-1991. This certification helped chiropractors understand about workplace injuries and the
prevention and care of these injuries with a multidisciplinary approach.
Chiropractor Consultant for St. Mary’s General Hospital Med/Rehab DAC (Disability
Assessment Centre) from 1999 – 2006 performing 3rd party assessments and opinions concerning
the rehabilitation of motor vehicle accident victims for the insurance industry.
Chiropractor for the Wilfrid Laurier Men’s Basketball Team: 2000 – 2008.
Board Member for the Ontario Chiropractic Association since fall of 2004.
Since 2005, McMaster University medical students in their graduating year have attended my
office to “job shadow” and ask questions about Chiropractic.
April 2006 to present – Performing Independent Chiropractic Examinations for MVA victims for
the Insurance Industry.
June 2006 – 55 hour Independent Chiropractic Examiner Certificate Program with Canadian
Society for Chiropractic Examiners and Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
April and May 2012 – 50 hour program for AMA 4th Edition Guides to the Evaluation of
Permanent Impairment (exam pending for certification)
